Acceptance of a draft contract

Acceptance of a draft contract means accepting a draft insurance contract. This situation may occur either by a timely statement of the person the draft was intended for or by another adequate action (e.g. by payment of the agreed insurance premium). The contract becomes effective when the draft of the insurance contract is accepted.
