Authorised person’s liability insurance

Authorised person’s liability insurance must be taken out in accordance with the law by all authorised architects, authorised engineers, and authorised technicians performing their activities in the construction sector. This insurance policy must be valid for the entire time of working in the respective profession. Upon request, the authorised person must submit a document certifying that the insurance policy has been taken out.
