Insurance Code of Conduct

Insurance Code of Conduct was adopted by an assembly of members of the Czech Insurance Association in 1995 and has been amended several times since then. For the members of the association, this code is binding and insurance companies must consent to it to become members. In their activities, the members of the association observe the principles set out in the code and the Code of Conduct on the Financial Market.
