Insurance of liability for nuclear damage

Insurance of liability for nuclear damage is mandatory for holders of a license to use nuclear energy and ionizing radiation. In the Czech Republic, this insurance is actively provided by the Czech Nuclear Insurance Pool, and it is taken out for the purpose or insuring and reinsuring of nuclear risks.
