Insurance of liability resulting from social and legal protection of children is a legal obligation of persons entrusted with social and legal protection. For the whole time of the provision of the social and legal protection of children, the person entrusted with such protection must be insured. A document certifying the taking out of the policy must be sent by this person to the relevant authority which issued the document.
